Official Montgomery County criminal records must come from the office that created or maintains each item. Court-file requests belong with the Clerk in Troy. Sheriff reports, current detention questions, and statewide personal-review requests follow different routes through the Sheriff's Office, detention center, and North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation.

This Is Not a Government Office. Official copies, record corrections, government checks, and expunction petitions cannot be requested or processed through this private resource.
